What that's looked like in practice:
• The Pickleball Pavilion — a full-stack booking platform for a pickleball venue. Built end-to-end: public landing page, booking system, and an admin dashboard with income tracking and member management.
• Konstru — a construction cost calculator SaaS for the Philippine market. Built end-to-end: landing page, login, subscription paywall, dashboard, and a calculator engine generating a full bill of materials and BOQ priced in PHP.
• La Purisima Resort — a booking/inquiry site for a resort and events venue in Jaro, Leyte.
• Lumina Studio — a personal AI image generation tool with text-to-image, image-to-image, and character fusion.
• An automated AI song generation pipeline, and a custom chatbot embed for a client's business site.
I also do 3D modelling and architectural rendering, if a project needs visuals beyond the web.
Background: I spent years in construction project coordination and operations management before moving into development — that experience shows up in how I scope and manage projects now.
