Profile Description

I did take inbound and outbound call to assist customer in booking photoshoot appointments for their real estate property and to use those photos to advertise it and look for prospective buyers. I also engage customer relationships by reaching out on their email to follow up on any listing that needs photos that way we can book them in advance to fill up our calendar and increase our profit. My day to day tasks includes managing the CEO's calendar to ensure a smooth, productive and efficient flow of his day to day tasks, reach out to old clients to gain some feedback regarding their experience with us and what we can do to improve it and to earn them back as our clients, tally and perform day to day reports to keep track of what transpired for the day and what needs to be prioritize by the next morning. I also outsource 3rd party photographers in instances that we are short staffed and haggle prices with them to still earn profit and being able to get the appointment booked for the client to create a win win situation for all parties. I also answer yelp inquiries for different businesses in a timely mUpgrade to see actual infoer to make sure that their response time are meeting the target level and to generate more leads and clients for the business. And lastly, perform end of day reports thru google sheets to keep track of the things I did for the day and note that pending ones and get them prioritized next day in the morning.
