I have 1 and 6 months of experience working in customer support and almost 1 year as a Quality Analyst. Right now, I am doing a part-time job as an appointment setter and cold caller for nearly 2 months. I have just recently started my freelancing career this year and I know that I still have to learn a lot of things however, I am confident enough that I can able to keep up with new learnings as I am a fast learner person. I have clear communication both written and verbal. I have good problem-solving skills and can definitely work under pressure.
