With a strong foundation in IT and software engineering, I have over seven years of experience leading technology initiatives that drive operational efficiency and innovation. My background includes expertise in Java, .NET, C#, and Python, with a focus on building secure, scalable systems. I have worked extensively with cloud architectures, AWS, and SQL Server, supporting both cloud and on-premises environments. Additionally, I am experienced in mobile development for Android and iOS, and have led projects in UI/UX design, e-commerce, and digital marketing. 

As the Director of IT at Jose Maria College, my role involves overseeing the institution's IT infrastructure, implementing robust information security protocols, and supporting our transition to cloud-based services. I have enjoyed working with cross functional teams to integrate big data solutions, improve process workflows, and ensure alignment with compliance standards. Collaboration and continuous learning are central to my approach, whether it's through deploying machine learning models or refining software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. 
I am passionate about problem-solving and committed to helping teams deliver high-quality results. My experience with troubleshooting, process improvement, and program management has allowed me to contribute meaningfully to diverse projects.
