Profile Description

*I have a background in Customer Service and Customer Care for 2 years.
First, I have a background in Customer Service at Hilton hotel Reservations. I made a reservation to the guest/customer, and I offer discount to the Hilton honors members.

*Second, I have an experience in customer care. I offer enrollment to the customer to become a member of Hilton honors member. I modify the reservations like changing the date, changing the room type and adding the number of guests.
I also resolve a billing issue to the guest and sending a receipt via email.

*Third, I have experience in Cold Calling and Appointment Setting. I am calling prospect customer/client if they want to sell their properties and set an appointment.
I am sending also an email to the prospect clients/customer if they are not answering the call.
*I am good in communication skills both verbal and written.    
*I am willing to share my knowledge and I am a fast learner.
