I graduated in ACLC College with an associate course of Office Information System way back 2012. In addition, for my work experience I've been in the BPO Industry for 4 years all of my assigned accounts were international like for example Amazon, Comcast, and more. I can adapt at handling 50 calls on a daily basis while consistently resolving client issues smoothly and quickly whether through calls, chat, and emails. Seeking to apply Customer Service role. Few of my relevant skills are Customer Service, Problem Solving, Communication, Process oriented, and Detailed oriented. I assure you that I can work with less supervision yet efficient.
