Profile Description

As a customer service representative, I assist customers with their concerns, answering their questions, and providing solutions to any issues they may be experiencing. This can be done through various channels such as email, phone or chat. But I specifically answer customer's concern through email. 

I believe that developing a deep understanding of the services you support is essential in providing accurate and effective assistance to customers. I always ensure that the customer has the best experience possible. I’ve learned how to put myself in a customer's situation. I’m able to figure out the best way to solve any issues that come up.
