I am a Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator expert with almost 5 years of collective experience as Microsoft 365 Senior Technical Advisor, Technical Trainer and Team Lead. I have a solid background on Microsoft 365 tenant management and I have used my expertise as a Microsoft 365 Certified Messaging Administrator to handle Exchange online and on-premises mail flow issues. My technical expertise combined with excellent oral and written communication allowed me to provide exceptional customer service. As a Microsoft 365 Trainer for more than 1 year, I have imparted my skills to at least 7 onboarding batches with up to 20 participants each and have led teams that aced end-of-phase performance evaluations as a Microsoft 365 Queue Manager. I am self-motivated, a team player, a problem solver and a learner.
