As a Bookkeeper, I am handling bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. I manage invoicing, billing, and payment tracking while monitoring accounts receivable and payable. I accurately record and categorize business expenses, assist with payroll recording and statutory contributions, and maintain inventory and cost tracking. I also support month-end and year-end closing tasks and prepare basic financial reports to help keep books organized, complete, and up to date.

As an accounting user of MS Excel, I use it for tasks like budgeting, tracking expenses, and managing data. I apply formulas like SUM, IF and VLOOKUP to automate calculations and ensure accuracy. Pivot tables help me organize data and create reports, while conditional formatting highlights trends and errors. I also use Excel to reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and analyze cash flow. My experience helps me set up spreadsheets efficiently and keep data accurate for better financial decisions.

I have hands-on experience using Xero Accounting Software mainly for practice and familiarization. I explored its features by creating sample invoices and bills, setting up chart of accounts, recording transactions, and doing simple bank reconciliations. Through this, I became familiar with Xero’s interface, reports, and workflow, giving me a good understanding of how it’s applied in real bookkeeping tasks. I’m continuously practicing to further improve my accuracy and confidence in using Xero.

I have hands-on experience using QuickBooks for practice and skill development. I learned its main functions by creating sample transactions, managing accounts, performing basic reconciliations, and generating simple financial reports. Through this, I became familiar with QuickBooks’ interface and gained a better understanding of how it supports accurate and organized bookkeeping.

I have experience in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, recording incoming and outgoing items, and preparing inventory reports. I ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and timely updates to maintain efficient inventory control.
