Profile Description

I have been a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative for a cable company in the US. We also processed payments over the phone and scheduled a dispatch for a technician visit.
I have also been a Customer Service on behalf of ambulatory services in the US like Rural Metro, EMS, etc. We handled basic billing like processing payments and offering a payment arrangement for those who can't pay in full at one-time payment.
I have handled and done outbound calls for an online furniture shop which we have to talk about and dealt with those business owners, CEO, and presidents of the companies. Make sure if they qualify and if they are making purchases on behalf of the business.
I have also handled making reservations for hotel properties in the UK. I have an experience as a cold caller doing surveys for both South and North Carolina.
