I am well trained in providing customer satisfaction and make sure to cater to their needs and inquiries. I specialize in resolving customer's problems as well as schedule appointments, provide specific instructions about a particular process and refunds and doing admin tasks. All these capabilities have made me an excellent fit for your project. I have a set of skills that are needed to develop your business' connections further online. My set of skills includes knowledge in Salesforce, CRM, Google Suite, Nextiva Phone, Ring DNA, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). I also use google drive, google sheets, and docs.I am hungry for knowledge and experience, and I am looking forward to enhancing myself at the same time further, helping the company that I am working in. I believe I am suitable for any position in Customer Care because I do have experience in handling customers, and aside from that, I have the capabilities for this job. I am an easy-going person, approachable, and full of motivation to do the task as a Customer Service Representative.
