Digital Marketing - From managing Social Media to planning and creating content calendar for client across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Upgrade to see actual info is important to understand that each platfrom is unique and how we should use it for marketing is defers from each other.

Building Campaigns - Nowadays, anyone can build campaigns in Facebook. Account Management - I have at least 5 years experience in Account Management. I manage at least 5 at a time and max is around 8. Account Management is to be able to understand what the client needs before they even know it. To learn their ways and find cracks in the goals to help make sure nothing is missed. Management is to make sure that expectations are set properly and that everything is being communicated so client knows what and when to expect eveything. One important thing I learned through my years of doing Account Management is to never assume and always clarify my understanding before passing everything to the team.

Project Management - I was a Project Manager before I was promoted to do front facing as an Account Manager. As a Project Manager, it will be a plus if you have knowledge on how to do the Upgrade to see actual info that way it will be easier to delegate and check the output before it reaches the inbox of the Upgrade to see actual infolegation is not just passing the tasks to the Upgrade to see actual infolegation for me means accountability.
