Brand Manager- Branding is how people percieved you. So it is important that the integrity of the brand is protected. From tone, voice, down to visuals that is design aesthetics. Everything should be consistent.
Ideation Strategy- Every move, action should always have a concrete plan.
This is where ideation and strategy is important. Data and research is available to create a sound plan that will help achieve the goal. In this way time and money is efficiently utilized.
Building Campaigns - Nowadays, anyone can build campaigns in
CRM Management & Autmation - Most famous CRMs are Ontraport, Activecampaign, Hubspot, Keap (Not really a fan), Kajabi, Clickfunnels. I have experience them all. I won't say though that I am an expert but everything can be learned. Resources are all in the internet.
Account Management - I have at least 5 years experience in Account Management. I manage at least 5 at a time and max is around 8. Account Management is to be able to understand what the client needs before they even know it. To learn their ways and find cracks in the goals to help make sure nothing is missed. Management is to make sure that expectations are set properly and that everything is being communicated so client knows what and when to expect eveything. One important thing I learned through my years of doing Account Management is to never assume and always clarify my understanding before passing everything to the team.
Project Management - I was a Project Manager before I was promoted to do front facing as an Account Manager. As a Project Manager, it will be a plus if you have knowledge on how to do the task. In that way it will be easier to delegate and check the output before it reaches the inbox of the client. Delegation is not just passing the tasks to the team. Delegation for me means accountability. Making sure all the necessary components are ready and instructions are clear to avoid going back and forth. It is also important to have data when it comes to bandwidth versus velocity. In this way it's easy to forecast deadlines. To end, a Project Manager is making sure the client's deadlines are met while also making sure that the team is working at their best.
