I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Major in Management, and I graduated with Latin honours back in May 2019.

I worked with several contact centres and assisted customers from all around the world. I have a work background in travel and hospitality, automotive, and medical industry.

I am experienced in providing support through various channels, including voice and non-voice tasks such as handling inbound and outbound calls, managing emails, chat support, and performing administrative tasks such as clearing backlogs and meeting SLAs. My KPIs were focused on achieving high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores, meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service by resolving queries promptly to foster loyalty.
