I began my career in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative, working on an airline ---------- that role, I handled flight bookings, upselling services such as baggage and seat upgrades, as well as promoting other services for about a year and a half. Following that experience, I had the opportunity to further explore my sales skills by working as a Customer Sales Associate at AT&T and Dish TV. I worked with both business and residential accounts for approximately three years. During this time, I excelled in my performance and achieved top performer status, earning commissions and incentives.Then, I had a significant opportunity to work for Google, the largest search engine in the world. I started as a Technical Support Representative for Google Fi and spent about a year in that role. Currently, I am working as a Google Ads Onboarding Client Manager, where I handle business accounts and provide them with tailored advertising campaigns to help achieve their marketing objectives. This involves creating digital campaigns across various platforms such as ad sales, search ads, display ads, YouTube, and shopping ---------- terms of computer-related skills, I am proficient in digital advertising, data entry, and digital campaign development. I have expertise in various Microsoft applications, including Windows XP, Windows 7/8/10, and Microsoft Office 2007/2010. I am also skilled in using Excel for spreadsheets and PowerPoint for presentations.
