Profile Description
My task as an Administrative Assistant focuses on assisting lawyers at Public Attorneys Office Gensan District. I check their scheduled hearings regularly likewise prepares the client's case records. One of my tasks is to prepare legal documents of our walk-in clients such as affidavits. I also assist the lawyers in drafting pleadings and other legal documents needed in court proceedings. I do legal researching as directed by the lawyers and present it to them as directed. I do both clerical work and administrative task in my previous job in which I worked for 4 years. With this, i am pretty confident that my english writing skills is excellent and as well as my mastery in Microsoft word.
