Profile Description

I worked as a Client Service Associate for almost 3 years now and have extensive experience in processing Personal Lines Insurance back-office tasks such as Endorsements (both monied and non-monied), System Data Entry, Cancellation of Policies, processing eDocs, Downloads, and Quoting. In my time as a Data Processing Representative, I have proven myself to be an asset in the account I have been with. I have set achievable goals that led our team to have a strong, winning dynamic. 

After being a data representative for 2 years, I was promoted to become an Operations Lead. From being a member of an account, I handled multiple micro insurance campaigns and support teams. I became responsible for making Operational changes and critical decision-making for overall operational success. I support 8 Accounts, 8 Team Leads, and over 80 representatives in delivering world-class Insurance outsourcing services. I also conduct weekly and monthly reports or as necessary and attend touch point calls with clients to discuss account status, opportunities, progress, and Key Performance Metrics. We are responsible in creating Standard Operation Procedures of each tasks we are handling and streamlining the process with our clients. I am constantly communicating with US Operations Associates and ensuring that everyone is in sync with the current action plans and goals that we have.
