1. Oversee QA technicians, orient QA trainees, supervise probationary QA's and reinforce on the correct process, proper channels and QA review accordingly;
2. Assist QATs in performance of their roles and provide feedback to concerns on the team;
3. Filter concerns and questions which can resolved and which needs to be relayed to the owner.
4. Validating all charts that the QA's reviewed and give a feedback for the inconsistencies still noted.
