have 4 years of experience in the Call Center Industry as a Customer Service Representative for international accounts such as; telecommunication (Virgin Mobile Canada, T-Mobile, Comcast, Sprint), food delivery service in the UK (Deliveroo), and laptop and repair (HP). My usual tasks are taking calls, chats, and sometimes emails from customers and assisting them with their concerns or needs using all the resources and knowledge I have for me to be able to sort things out and am willing to go above and beyond to make them happy or satisfied.
I Also have a total of 3years of experience in Data Entry and the most recent I have handled was for a mortgage insurance company as a General Real Estate Virtual Assistant. My tasks are to date tracking in the LOS system,  assisting files from the start-up to end with the processing team, Administrative work, file tracking for the current mortgage pipeline, and inputting data on multiple systems.
