Profile Description

I am great with working with teams and meeting deadlines for project work, I am currently specializing in order management to currently meet sales and marketing SLA. This comes with minor responsibilities in checking shipped items from the warehouse to each customer together with the accuracy of the charges associated. I can also design and cross-check processes to improve efficiency. I have also worked with a financial institution to handle disputes, Fraud, and invoice tax computation in relation to Anual Percentage Credit Card Rates. While I am not on a proficient level with Canva- I am currently trying to learn how to use it to add a skill to my portfolio. I am also great with using MS programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I have great interpersonal communication and can handle stress well- coming from my experience with working with Non-government Organizations that cater to the youth. I am confident that I can maintain a professional and amicable relationship with clients.
