I am a passionate and detail-oriented freelancer. I have experiences in content writing and audio transcription but my longest formal experience is within the banking industry. I was a Client Service Associate for around two years, and my job responsibilities included money handling, customer service, and document handling. This experience built my ability to be precise, be keen on details, and to multitask. In fact, in my two years of experience in the bank, I was highlighted to be someone who had the most volume of transactions with minimal errors.

I graduated as a Magna Cum Laude under the degree program Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. During my 4th year, I was able to take on an internship in our local tourism office where I learned to create formal presentations, marketing materials, and develop my email and schedule management.

I am good at creating content, management, and customer handling— and although I am new in the virtual assistant industry, I have gained skills in the real-life scenario which will be put in good use as a virtual assistant.
