Lead Generation Specialist / Virtual Executive Assistant

My previous role was with Ring Advertising where they specialize in paid advertising for e-commerce brands. I was mainly responsible for researching target profiles/business pulled from a lead pool like Storeleads based on client provided paramters and manually reviewing each of them if it fits with our campaign. To find contact details, I used various browser extensions like Snov, ContactOut, Skrapp etc. to name a few. Then, I craft a detailed list featuring relevant information of our prospects, ensuring it's accurately documented in a spreadsheet database.

One of my responsibilities when I was working as a Lead Generation Specialist for Divein and Ring Advertising was to engage in email outreach initiatives using response templates while carefully modifying it in light of certain contexts and needs. Categorized leads as hot, warm, or cold based on need, budget, and decision-making capabilities allowing for focused follow-up.

I proactively communicate any updates, developments, setbacks, or needs with my client using his/her preferred communication platform. In my previous roles with Ring Advertising and Divein, I crafted a daily report with regards to my daily tasks in lead sourcing efforts and email outreach.
