Profile Description

As customer service representative in integrated department, I handled selling products including internet, phones and televisions, I did technical concerns like basic troubleshooting, I was an appointment setter for a service set up and for technical repairs, I handled financial accounts where I explain the entirety of the bill up to cent, I offer free of service like movies/channels and provide credit for dissatisfied customer's as per the policy of the company.
Being an appointment setter, I call realtor and sales agents scheduling them for a seminar/class, setting dates that fits their schedule, since it's an online class I send a link to their email and I did callbacks to confirm their spot in additional to that I did upselling.
