Hi i'm Stan Parungao a Level 2 CSR / TSR / & a Phone Banker as well. I've worked in the Business Sales sector, Retail Hardware Stores, Real Estate industry & recently in the Business Processing Outsource companies. I began my career at Accenture Philippines, Inc. wherein i was hired as a Technical Service Representative & my main job is to troubleshoot high speed internet connections for AT&T clients based in the U.S. After that, i got hired as a Customer Service Representative from IBM Daksh Business Solutions Philippines, Inc. wherein i've handled inbound calls from Citibank creditcard holders accounts, billing statement, upselling card products & services and making Outbound calls to clients and discussing any existing promotional products available on their account. I was also trained to become an Airline Passenger Baggage Specialist in which my responsibility is to locate & track the lost baggage of airline passengers. I also worked at Global Payments Processing Center, Inc., my first job here at ( GPPCI ) was a Technical Service Representative wherein i'm troubleshooting POS or terminal machines for U.K. based merchants, then the management trained me to process strict creditcard verification payment s in which I've handled incoming calls for VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER creditcard holders based in the U.S., CANADA, MIDDLE EAST & other ASIAN countries too in processing their creditcard payments. I also had contributed some job posting activities, bloggings, web-research & creating effective email business letters to a couple of online companies, then recently I was hired as a Senior Accounts Manager at RobotCenter which is a U.K. account.
