I've worked in the U.S. real estate industry as an appointment setter, where my responsibilities included cold calling, lead generation, and maintaining organized records through CRM and data entry. I've also had the opportunity to serve as a virtual hiring manager in an insurance company, conducting interviews and seeking out talented agents to join the team.
