Profile Description

         I have experience being an Executive Assistant for 3 years now. Basically my tasks include managing my client’s inbox and calendar, communicating with clients, managing projects, follow-ups, and overseeing crucial tasks to enhance the overall efficiency of our client's operations ,file expenses, data entry, Purchase orders and schedule appointments and meetings. Managing and organizing systems for our clients is my priority. Handling various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation is natural to me.

I am proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Quick books Online, Asana, Trello, WPS,  Calendly, Notion, Slack, Click Up and Canva.
