As an Amazon customer service agent and fraud analyst, I handled banking accounts as well as healthcare accounts when making outbound calls. I was given a promotion to a better position three years after becoming an agent. I was a Real-Time Manager with a focus on communicating with people, maintaining site metrics, providing reports, and other administrative tasks. I received another promotion after a year, this time to Scheduler, a higher rank. There, it's my responsibility to create timetables based on the demands of the client. I managed two BPO sites and a thousand agents. I have a lot of experience being a helper in many different capacities. I also have data entry experience, CRM organization skills, and knowledge of how to update Excel files. I also worked as a property management maintenance scheduler/coordinator, scheduling move-in and move-out times as well as property reviews. I was also in charge of overseeing, coordinating, and following up on maintenance work orders as well as communicating with tenants and owners to get estimates from our vendor. Also, I know about preparing a bill for the Owner's or Tenant's account. Moreover, Also, I am assisting my colleagues with their Work Orders put in by the Tenant and contacting the Owner and Vendor for approval of Repair Estimates.  In my previous role, I gained valuable experience utilizing Shopify to fulfil orders for Amazon FBA. My responsibilities included efficiently processing refunds, replacements, and cancellations of orders. I am well-versed in managing messages from Postscripts and handling returns through the Easy Returns App, among other related tasks.
