I am currently employed as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist supporting hiring needs in the Philippines such as but not limited to Accounting & Finance, Analytics, Customer Service, Information Technology, and Engineering, profiles. I am using Oracle as our database and utilizing different job boards such as JobStreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn as part of our sourcing strategies. I currently handle our Employee Referral Program as part of my project management. Furthermore, I also have experience in Customer Service catered to US customers, being an Executive Assistant as well handling different bank clients for top management, and General Human Resources supporting payroll, employee relations, onboarding, and end-to-end recruitment process.
