I am a Filipino professional with strong fluency in the English language and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree earned in the Philippines.

I have over five years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant and Real Estate Specialist, supporting clients based in the United States, including wholesalers, investors, and realtors.

In these roles, I have handled a wide range of responsibilities, including:

-Conducting cold calls and text outreach to homeowners to assess their interest in selling
-Reaching out to prospective buyers for properties under contract or listed on the MLS
-Managing client appointments, emails, and schedules
-Following up with and nurturing leads through CRM systems
-Overseeing lead generation processes and skip tracing
-Performing administrative tasks such as organizing system files, training newly hired VAs, and coordinating with town halls for required documents and certifications
