Profile Description

I am a Filipino but can speak English language fluently.

I am a Virtual Assistant and a Real Estate Specialist. I have worked with couple of clients that are all based in United States for 4+ years.

Wherein I handle the following:
- Cold Calling / Text Blast home owners to qualify if they are interested in selling
- Responsible for client’s home visit appointments, emails, calls and schedule
- Follow up and nurturing leads in CRM
- Handling lead generation process and skip tracing
- Other administrative task like keeping the system files organize, training for new hired VA’s and calling town halls for documents and certification needed

I have also been a Customer Service Representative for a year and 3 months before for Satellite Radio that was also based in United States wherein I used to assist customers manage and update their account, address billing concerns, process and collection payment, sell subscription and provide basic trouble shooting assistance.
