I have working experience of 5 years. I'm looking for a part time job that or any job that fits my schedule and suits my skills. I work as a Chat Support and currently a POC/Subject Matter Expert and/or Escalation Desk Specialist. My main tasks are quality assurance, reporting or read-out, handling escalated chats, meeting goals or target, supporting or handling a team. I'm a very computer-literate person and can work on multiple tasks. I'm also efficient, hardworking, easy to adapt, good listener, resourceful, and fast learner. As an additional information, I usually watch TV series or movies in Netflix on my free time.
