In my almost 8 years in the BPO industry, I have acquired multiple skills that may fit your needs. I started working at the age of 18 for a sales account. The experience has taught me to be an outbound seller. I have learned multiple techniques on how to be a good salesperson, specially in closing a sale. Then the company that I first worked with went on floating status after working there for eight months, hence, I need to find another job, which leads me to the second company I worked for more than 5 years.This time, it revolves around Hospitality and Tourism. I was a Customer Service Representative, assisting callers on their inbound inquiries.
