Profile Description

In my almost 8 years in the BPO industry, I have acquired multiple skills that may fit your needs. I started working at the age of 18 for a sales account. The experience has taught me to be an outbound seller. I have learned multiple techniques on how to be a good salesperson, specially in closing a sale. Then the company that I first worked with went on floating status after working there for eight months, hence, I need to find another job, which leads me to the second company I worked for more than 5 years.This time, it revolves around Hospitality and Tourism. I was a Customer Service Representative, assisting callers on their inbound inquiries. This experience has improved my English speaking skills so much, I became very conversational, and building rapport became easy-peasy. The third company that I worked with for more than 2 years is still about Hospitality and Tourism, and is still doing Customer Support, but this time, we are doing Outbound and Inbound calls, as well as Email and Chat Supports. After 6 months of being a Customer Support, I was then promoted as a Subject Matter Expert. I am now an expert of the product, so I help newbies answer their questions. At this point, I had learned and mastered usage of Microsoft Word and Excel. After being a Subject Matter Expert for a year and 4 months, I was then again promoted as a Team Supervisor. Main job is to lead the team towards success in the company. With this experience, I had gained extensive leadership skills that I know will be an advantage for any clients that will hire me.
