I am a graduate from the University of San Jose – Recoletos
with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. For my work experience,
I was an Admin Assistant/Data Entry at LGU – city of Talisay for 1 year. I was
assigned at the EOC office, and our tasks are handling documents and very important
data of people who are vaccinated, we also contact every person to ask if they
are interested for the vaccine, We also have high volumes of data entry work
and creating a master list for each vaccine sites. My 2nd job is I
was a Customer Service Advocate at Optum, I was working with them for 10 months
assigned at the Provider Services and Member Services. I was working on both
departments with similar tasks. I was assigned to provide information with the
member’s benefits and eligibility, Claims and appeals status, Initiating prior
authorizations, Pharmacy benefits and overrides.
In addition to my experience, I was a Sangguniang Kabataan
Secretary for 5 years working for our government/barangay. As an SK secretary
my task was to prepare documents that are needed for the meeting, Submit the
important documents to our SK department, participate in seminars and youth
events, Handle bookings and appointments, create programs/events for the youth
and monitor the event to make sure that everything is smooth and Provide
support to our youth especially on important programs and events.
