Profile Description

I've worked as an administrative assistant at one of the best universities in the Philippines for more than three years. I manage roughly 500 students borrowing lab equipment every day, respond to emails, plan the annual procurement once a year, attend meetings for bidding and procurement twice a week, create evaluation and awarding for the lowest responsive bidders, check the specifications of the delivered goods, submit inventories twice a year, and fulfill the chairman's requests, such as data entry tasks, document rewriting, creating digital notice boards, and writing minutes of the meetings. I have manage different tasks everyday for the past few years with an average satisfaction rating (95%+) based on my Individual Performance Commitment and Review submitted to the Civil Service Commission twice a year.
