Creation of spreadsheet system for multiple agents
Drafting and sending out introductory emails to clients, agents, title officer/escrow, lender

Scheduling of closing/ follow-up for any changes in closing time and date
Ordering inspections and coordination with involved parties

Vouching invoices, receipts and recording of discrepancies
Follow up for missing OR and carbon copies

Performing monthly physical inventory
Surprise inspections of petty cash funds
Keeping track of all audit work

Taking up inbound calls from tenants
