* Customer Service Representative (Upgrade to see actual info) - Need to be courteous when doing dealing with irate customers and have to make sure to resolve customer's concern. Able to think outside the box and have decision making to deliver a high standard of service.
In addition to that I am an expert in doing admin task and proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. Aside from doing voice(outbound and inbound) calls, I am also good in Email Support/Chat Support. I also have strong communication skills because of my call center experience.
