Production/Project Management
•Sustain clear communication and productive relationships with Account Service, Creative and other cross-functional teams, managing real-time expectations for scheduling/work delivery, and reporting to management about the current workflow and any possible issues with too much, or too little, work coming into the agency.
•Mastery of workflow software tools (i.e. Workamajig, SmartSuite, Upgrade to see actual info), maximizing existing software capabilities and utilization, while proactively seeking team feedback for improvements and reviewing new tools for improved outcomes.
•Create and maintain agency-wide processes and best practices that maximize workflow and quality, ensuring utilization across departments and updating documentation as needed.
