I was also a Medical Executive Assistant to the doctors and CEO whom I provided with several services that include managing virtual assistants, recruitment, document preparation, maintaining and updating patient records, answering emails/calls, booking appointments, calling health care insurance for claims, benefits, eligibility, calendar management, and many more. 

Also have experience as a Technical Support where I handled technical onboarding of clients, investigating and resolving issues per ticket, training newly hired employees, handled outages, monitoring document flows and error notifications, conducting meetings and speaking to company.
