I have a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from St. Anne College Lucena Inc., where I studied business, management, marketing, and related support services. I am currently an Executive Recruiter at eStaff LLC, a new but experienced staffing agency that provides talent acquisition solutions for various industries. I have over two years of recruiting experience, including one year at HIKINEX, a multi-channel integrated service provider that supports companies in scaling fast and driving profit.

As an Executive Recruiter, I work with clients to understand their culture, technical needs, and hiring goals. I leverage modern technology and proven processes to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various roles. I use SmartSearch, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Dice, a leading applicant tracking system, and CRM tools to manage the candidate pipeline and communicate effectively with clients and candidates. I enjoy collaborating with my team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and results. I am passionate about helping people find their ideal jobs and helping companies find their ideal talent. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a tourism and business education background and a certification in customer service foundations.
