I completed a 2-day training on QuickBooks, where I learned how to use and navigate the software. After that, I joined a 1-month internship to get real work experience and apply what I learned in a real bookkeeping setting.

After completing my 1-month internship in bookkeeping, I learned how to send estimates, invoices, bills, and record payments. I also gained experience in bank categorization and reconciliation. In addition, I learned how to import charts of accounts, add vendor and supplier details, and set up product and service information.

I worked as a Quality Control staff for 7 months at a telecommunications company, where I made sure project documents and reports were accurate and up to date. After that, I spent 3 years as a Global Team Leader at a lead generation company. In that role, I monitored data accuracy, prepared reports, and tracked team performance to help improve results.
