I've learned a lot about handling irate consumers and providing a real-time solution. When taking angry consumers, all I do is listen, comprehend, show empathy and give the consumer assurance that I will be helping them with their concerns.
As a debt collector, I've also learned how to negotiate with consumers where both parties can benefit from it. Giving them payment plans, offering settlements, and helping them with their dispute claims.
