I have worked as an Amazon Seller Support representative for four years starting in 2018. During that time, I provided assistance through phone, chat, and email Upgrade to see actual info early 2022, my journey as a virtual assistant began, and I have been working with Amazon for a total of five years now. My expertise lies in Amazon Seller Central, and I am skilled at resolving FBA-related issues independently. I am also knowledgeable in Amazon Vendor Central.
Aside from my experience in Seller Support, I have actively sought knowledge and skills as an Amazon Virtual Assistant. I have learned from successful 8-figure Amazon sellers and expert coaches to enhance my abilities.

Here are some of the tasks I can handle:

Updating and adding new products in different marketplaces, including creating variations through flat file (bulk upload), manual entry, and update/partial update/delete.

Addressing listing issues such as suppressed listings, detail page removal, stranded inventory, and incorrect pest marking.

Managing orders, including handling returns, refunds, fulfillment, and customer service.

Handling reimbursement issues like shipment reconciliation, lost/damaged/misplaced inventory, missing inbound shipments, removal, overcharged FBA fees, and overcharged storage fees.

Creating FBA shipments. Optimizing products through keyword research and utilizing tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Manage by Stats, Click Up, Notion, Multilogin, Open Phone, and Mighty Call.

Creating promotions, coupons, Prime Exclusive discounts, and deals.
