I worked as an administration officer for a construction company at my previous job, organizing, compiling, and processing the documents (hard and soft copy). I have broad experience in managing social media business accounts such as Facebook pages and Instagram accounts. I create content to post, and answer to inquiries and concerns. I have also experience as a Community Manager where I engage to customers by answering their queries and addressing their concerns. I have also experience in data entry using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
