I'm a Virtual Assistant and Content Writer for marketing agencies, founders, and small business owners across Australia and the US. For the past 4+ years, I've helped clients clear their plate, keep their work moving, and hit their deadlines without the stress of chasing things down.

• Content Writing: SEO blogs, website copy, service pages, LinkedIn articles and posts, newsletters, email copy, landing pages, Facebook posts, resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile optimisation.
• Creative and Marketing Support: Canva and Figma graphics, social tiles, brochures, case studies, content repurposing, and content calendar planning.
• Admin and Operations: Inbox and calendar, CRM updates (Salesforce, Housecall Pro), file organisation, data entry, research, project tracking (Asana, Notion, ClickUp), and document drafting.
• Campaign Support: Email campaigns and customer flows (Klaviyo fundamentals), segmentation, campaign QA, scheduling, and publishing. Give me the plan and I'll run it.
• Client Coordination: Email and chat support, customer onboarding docs, help centre, and FAQ writing. Written communication only, no voice or phone calls.
