As a Freelancer, I've handled Businesses that needs building from the Ground, up. Creating a working environment for clients to start up their businesses using either CRMs or their preferred softwares. This involves transferring data from old software to new ones, integration of CRMs with old or new softwares, and doing training in case there is a need to expand the business. I've done lead generation to add revenue to their businesses which is always the main point of making sure that is a profitable one. Part of the job is Social Media Management in order to promote brand awareness, Appointment Setting and outreach campaigns while utilizing Project Management Tools.
As a Team Leader, I was handling a team of 8. I have been heavily involved with new hire talent assessment, Onboarding and Training of new hires, Auditing the Team's work base from company standards to ensure quality. All of this plus the added work which is the same with my subordinates.
