I worked as a sales and customer service representative for more than two years in one of the BPO companies here in the Philippines handling order entry and customer service for an E-commerce accounts. I also tried some online business and started as a virtual assistant in 2021 in real estate (cold calling and lead generation) and used different kinds of CRMs. I also worked as an accountant (Upgrade to see actual info), managing emails, reconciling accounts, updating spreadsheets, and many more. I recently had training with XERO accounting software and finished my internship this February 2024. I also knew how to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams), GDrive, and all common email and communication tools. With all those experiences, I was able to improve and harness my skills. I am also excellent in communication and English Proficiency both oral and written; can multi-task, can work independently with minimum supervision, and have great attention to detail.
