Profile Description

I have 5 years of experience managing rental properties. I am familiar using Buildium and Appfolio. You maybe using a different software in managing the properties but I can definitely research and learn that too. Listed below are my task from my previous company.
• Answering questions, managing tenant issues, creating & assigning work orders,
• Following up with maintenance & vendors to make sure work orders on are completed
• closing work orders, uploading invoices from vendors
• Scheduling payments to vendors
• Creating payment plans & sending out for signature
• Creating tenants documents such 5 day notices, renewing leases, coordinating move in’s/out’s, and special projects.
• Answer phones(forward to appropriate parties)
• Take appropriate messages/document calls accordingly
• Scheduling for property showing
• Listing properties on line
• Qualifying applicants for tenancy
• Follow Up Calls for leasing agent/CRM & reporting
• Collect documents for underwriting, forward to leasing for processing
• Tenant Relations (work together with leasing, property manager & maintenance
