I'm a graduate of Industrial Engineering and currently taking project management field in my career. As a project manager, I developed my leadership skills by overseeing and supervising people with the projects assigned to us, making sure that we met the client's requirements and did not exceed the budget given to us. I also learned some technical skills like using Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc). These applications helped me in generating data that will be reported to clients/stakeholders. I also experienced travelling from one place to another to visit the client on-site to properly communicate their requirements and expectation. I learned how to have people skill, and I believe this is a great foundation as project manager. We should have this interpersonal skill that will help us build connection with the people around us, it's a starting point of relationship to be able for them do their job accordingly. Negotiation is also one of my skills, proper negotiation lead to successful business transaction.
I have 1 year experience as an executive assistant. I've worked in Radio Engineering Circle and as their only employee, I managed to do all the work with less supervision from the CEO. I managed to handle the operation, administrative, HR by coordinating with the members, and Financial. It was overwhelming but a fun experience as it helps me build myself to become who I am today
I was a tutor when I was in college. I helped students in gradeschool by teaching them the basics and helping them understand their activities and assignment.
