Profile Description

With almost 16 years of work experience in ISO certified corporation, and in small to medium software development companies, I learned, valued and applied the importance of integrity, work ethics, best practices, and professionalism in the workplace.

I led several teams in developing and releasing projects of our clients based in Australia, managing end to end software development phases and activities: project planning, gathering and analyzing requirements, development, testing, deployment, and post deployment report analysis.

I took the challenge of software testing and leading the QA team, on top of my responsibilities, given the company's need and not to incur any additional cost. Also, I am fueled by building relationship with others especially if there is a chance to mentor them in achieving more, and to improve in their craft, which was clearly evident when I was with Microsourcing and Icomteq Solutions.

In most of my work, I was promoted several times from an individual contributor to a lead, which shows my ability to take bigger responsibilities and my eagerness to learn and to improve.
