Profile Description

I am a Certified Public Accountant/Certified Bookkeeper/CISI Level 1 certification passer. I am exposed to setting up and enhancing controls to ensure the accuracy of accounting records. I monitor our group mailbox and respond to inquiries from other teams. I communicate (via email/phone) with our Canadian counterpart to raise & discuss BAU-related issues. I am into creative writing (e.g. creating posters & engagement-related communications) and technical writing (e.g. creating process documentations). I can also do data cleansing/data visualization through MS Power BI. More importantly, I am currently training to become a virtual assistant.
