I have almost 7  years of extensive experience and skills in recruitment from its end to end process here in the Philippines to being a US Healthcare Recruiter. I am results driven, very ambitious, self starter and taking every challenges as an opportunity to gain and acquire more knowledge towards my passion. Furthermore, I possess above average communication and interpersonal skills. Apart from being a recruiter, I have 4+ years of experience as well working overseas that molded me to become a better version of myself personally and professionally. I have an experience in dealing with different nationalities and cultures which I believe is one of the most important qualities that a VA must possess.
