sales & collection of the account officers re: APE (clients):
Compute commission of AO's: Check replenishment of branch
clinics: Prepare check voucher re: accounts payable: Perform
other tasks as may be
assigned by the Accounting Head.
Maintain an orderly file of office records & all administrative
records of the office assignment; Receive & log all incoming
as well
as outgoing communications; Facilitate in the arrangement & booking of all domestic flights of programme staff on official travel;
Assist in making reservations for accommodation of programme staff
& other partners;
Assist the Admin Unit in the purchase
of office supplies & equipments needed by the programme;
Facilitate in the processing of the (TARCA) travel advance
request for cash advance of the staff on official travel; Provide secretariat support in the conduct of programme meetings, seminars & workshop; Prepare request for payment for fuel, courier & for travel agencies;
Perform other programme related functions as may be assigned by the Administrative Officer from time to time.
Input DV, JV, and CRV in the PIAS; Maintain monthly bank recon; assist in continuous systematic filing of financial documents;
assist in the review of financial transactions and other supporting documents; assist in banking transactions; perform other duties as may be required by the Finance unit.
